Where we provide staffing or recruitment services to you, those services are governed by a separate signed agreement. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement wins.

MS Workliva provides IT recruitment, contract staffing, talent acquisition and Bench Sales marketing services for the US market. The pages on this site describe those services in general terms.
Nothing on this site is an offer of employment, a guarantee of placement, or a promise that a particular requirement will be filled or a particular profile submitted. The scope, fees and commitments for any engagement are set out in the agreement we sign with you.

You may use this site if you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to act for that organisation.

Nothing on this website is a quotation. Fees, payment terms and invoicing arrangements are agreed in writing before an engagement begins and are set out in the relevant agreement.

The content of this site — text, layout, graphics, the MS Workliva name and logo, and the arrangement of it all — belongs to MS Workliva Pvt. Ltd. or to its licensors, and is protected by intellectual property law.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which MS Workliva Pvt. Ltd. is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction. The specific governing law and venue are to be confirmed with counsel before this page is published.
