This policy explains how MS Workliva Pvt. Ltd. handles personal information when you use this website, send us a hiring requirement, submit a consultant profile, apply for a role with us, or approach us about a partnership.

Information you give us
When you submit a form on this site you choose what to tell us. Depending on the form, that may include:
- your name, email address and phone number;
- your company, job title and the role you are hiring for;
- your technical skills, experience, location, availability, work authorisation and relocation preference, if you are a consultant;
- a LinkedIn or portfolio link, and any summary you write about your background;
- anything else you decide to include in a free-text field.
Please send us only what is relevant to the enquiry. Do not include government identification numbers, financial details, health information or other sensitive data in a website form.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting and any analytics we use may record technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page and the pages you viewed. This is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the site to function, or are set by an analytics provider we use to count visits in aggregate. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.

Why we use it
We use personal information only for purposes connected to staffing and recruitment:
- to understand a hiring requirement and identify suitable candidates;
- to assess a consultant profile and represent it to clients and vendors, where you have asked us to;
- to coordinate screening, submissions, interviews, offers and onboarding;
- to consider an application to join MS Workliva;
- to respond to partnership and general enquiries;
- to keep records of our business dealings and to meet legal and contractual obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

When we share it
We share personal information only where it is necessary to do the work you have asked us to do:
- Clients, vendors and staffing partners — a consultant profile is shared with prospective clients and vendors so that it can be considered against live requirements. We seek your agreement before representing your profile.
- Service providers — providers who host our systems, deliver our email or support our recruitment operations, acting on our instructions.
- Legal and regulatory — where we are required to disclose information by law, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
Because we operate in the United States and India, information may be transferred between those countries. We take steps to ensure any such transfer is protected by appropriate contractual safeguards.

How we protect it
We apply administrative and technical measures appropriate to the size of our operation, including access controls, encrypted transmission, and limiting access to the people who need it to do their job.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately at info@msworkliva.com.

How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, and then for any further period required by law or by our contracts.
Consultant and candidate profiles are retained so that we can consider you for future opportunities. If you would prefer we did not, tell us and we will remove your profile from active consideration.

Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you may ask us to:
- confirm what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete information we no longer have a legitimate reason to keep;
- stop using your information for a particular purpose, including marketing;
- withdraw a consent you previously gave.
To make a request, email info@msworkliva.com. We will respond within the period the applicable law allows. We may need to verify your identity first.

Other websites
This site links to third-party websites and services that we do not control, and may in future link to an applicant tracking system or job board. Once you leave this site, this policy no longer applies. Please read the privacy notice of any site you visit.

Our services are directed at working professionals and organisations. This website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
